My niece, Sally Sue, just lost her first tooth. Toothless kids are my favorite kind of kids. Abe has been missing his top two since last September. OK. That is getting a little ridiculous.
I had forgotten how important loosing a tooth is for 5 year olds. Sally's big sister was practically in therapy in kindergarten because EVERYBODY had lost a tooth except for her. Abe was frustrated about not loosing a tooth as well.
We promised the little munchkins that their teeth, too, would fall out when the time was right.
And they did. My brother and I are so smart that way!
Just one of the many crises to be dealt with in raising kids these days.
