I heard on the news today that today is the most depressing work day of the year.
The study factors in days from Christmas. Days passed for resolutions to have been broken. Weather. And so on.
This must explain my not so sunny outlook today.
I don't do resolutions so I'm not so sad about that. Christmas seems like forever ago. The weather isn't too bad.
Why so gloomy?
I think I'll focus on the spectaular year ahead.
Several college graduations.
A beautiful and artsy wedding.
Lots of fun times with great friends and the best family.
If you love me - and put up with my feisty attitude. I thank you.
And I look forward to spending 2012 with you!
I am feeling much better now.

Time well spent
Christmas was so busy. Filled with friends, family, a1000 (difficult) piece puzzle, surprises, more friends and more family. Great times!
As fantastic as it all was, I have required lots of silent nights this past week to re energize.
This is how I like to spend my evenings now that all the beautiful chaos is over.

Pandora is a MUST. It comes on the minute I hit the back door in the afternoon.
English breakfast tea with honey (or possibly a glass of wine). So comfy and relaxing.
A great book! This particular book has been fantastic.
p.s.I love that my January book club book is a gift from a fellow reader.
