For years my bosses would give me such a hard time. They said I was "so much more than a secretary" that they should be exempt from giving me a gift (but then they would shower me with wonderful things) Now that it is all inclusive they say thanks and still give me something totally awesome. I accept their appreciation with open arms. Especially because this year the gift includes one of my favorite things.
